Announcing Winter Session @ BeauCARE!

I hope everyone had a LOVELY holiday season!

I am pleased to announce the Winter Session of Zumba Fitness at BeauCARE. 

I will teach the Monday, Wednesday AM classes AND an additional class on Thursdays at 6:30 PM.  Childcare will be available for the AM classes. I am excited about the addition of the evening class and look forward to our Thursday night Zumba parties!!! :) 


You can pre-register for the session at BeauCARE during normal business hours, or register on the day you come to class.  All classes are held in the BeauCARE recreation room at 628 Hgh School Dr. in DeRidder.  Click here for prices and information about the Winter Session.  As always, please feel free to contact me if you have and questions!.

I am offering a FREE ZUMBA CLASS on Friday, Oct. 29th at 9:30am at BeauCARE.  If you have never tried a Zumba Class before, now is your chance!!  If you are already a Zumba Addict it will be just like your favorite Zumba class except BETTER!  (...cuz it will be FREE!!)  Bring friends!!

Starting November 1st, I will be teaching a 6-week session at BeauCare. (628 High School Drive) 
Classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am.  Session price is ONLY $55!!  This includes all 12 classes, plus 2 BONUS classes, and 2 Buddy Passes.  Register at BeauCARE.  462.2273  Class sizes are limited, so don't delay!  More information can be found on the Fall Session page of this site.

You can bring your KIDS!
I know a lot of you have little ones at home, which makes it hard to get out to a class.  BeauCARE will offer childcare on location for only $10 per session per child.  That's all 14 classes for $10. (Less than $1 per class for childcare!!)  So with one child, the session INCLUDING childcare is $65. If you have a baby (under 1yr old) who is quite content in a stroller or carseat, you may keep them with you during class if you choose.  NO MORE EXCUSES!!!! :)

Wheelock Classes

In October, Yvette took over my Wednesday/Friday classes at the Wheelock gym on Fort Polk.  She is a GREAT teacher so go out and have some Zumba fun with Yvette!  Class info can be found at www.fortpolkmwr.com/calender_corner

September Zumba

Hey Zumba friends!  September is upon us.  If you are like me, you are getting settled into your "post-summer" routines.  I know my To-Do list includes some realistic goals and some that are a little more ... far-fetched.  :)  If taking some time for yourself or getting into a good exercise routine is one of your "to-do's" then be sure to JOIN US for a Zumba class at Wheelock Fitness! 

My class schedule is changing slightly starting in September.  I will continue to teach the Wednesday and Friday 9am classes, but I will no longer be teaching the Tuesday 6:30pm class. :( 

But don't worry!  We have a GREAT new teacher at Wheelock!  Yvette will be continuing the Tuesday night dance party with her class, Tuesdays @ 7pm.  Also be sure to check out Erin's Wednedsay 6pm and Friday 5pm classes!
